Mr. Suat Bakkal was born in 1980, Trabzon-Turkey; Mr. Bakkal completed both undergraduate & Graduate studies at Boğaziçi University and holds a Master Degree in Economics and Finance. He also has capital markets licenses on the fields of Derivative Financial Instruments, Corporate Governance, Credit Rating, Real Estate Appraisal and CFA3.

During his career, Mr. Suat Bakkal served as the Head of Corporate Marketing in Aktif Bank, as well as executive committee member of IFM Istanbul Financial Center J.S.C., board member of Aktif Asset Management, board member of Inovaban Innovation Consulting JSC, and also chairman of several energy production & investment SPV companies. On April 2018, Mr. Bakkal was appointed CEO and Board Member of BKT Kosovë J.S.C.

Mr. Vedat Sarıyar was born in 1976, İstanbul-Turkey and graduated Dokuz Eylül University.

He started his career in 1997 as Financial Accountant and has an experience of 9 years in Ingbank as an internal auditor and 10 years in branch management also in Ingbank and Burgan Bank as a Branch Manager.

Mr. Vedat Sarıyar is serving as General Manager in Secom A.Ş. , Board Member in Aktif Asset Management and also Chairman of several energy production & investment SPV companies.

Mr. Atikler, is the General Manager of Aktif Asset Management since April 2023.

He was born in 1978,Balıkesir. Atikler holds a diploma in Economics from İzmir Dokuz Eylül University and a master's degree from Bahçeşehir University.

He started his business life at DenizBank in 2004 and worked in various positions in DenizBank Private Banking and Investment Services departments for 13 years.

In 2019, he started working as the Department Head of Private Banking and Investment Services at Aktif Yatırım Bank.

He speaks English and holds Capital Market Activities Level-3 and Derivative Instruments licenses.

Ercan Taşkesen serves as Head of Subsidiary Management at Aktif Bank and Board Member at Aktif Asset Management. He has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of finance. Before holding office at Aktif Bank, he had worked in Audit Department at Deloitte.

Born in Kayseri, Mr. Taşkesen graduated from the department of International Relations, Marmara University and he completed his master’s degree in finance at Marmara University. He holds (CPA) License, Capital Market Activities Level III License and Derivative Instruments License.

Mr. Baysal graduated from Koç University Business Administration with a double major in Economics. He is the Director of Corporate Credit Allocation Department at Aktif Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.

Mr. Baysal is responsible for the evaluation of corporate and project limit requests as well as the development of qualified financing products.

With more than 16 years of experience in the finance sector, Fatih Baysal  worked in "Investment Loans", "Project Finance" and "Company Valuation" studies for 4 years at Turkish Sinai Development Bank, and then for 12 years in Corporate and Projects involved in the evaluation of loans at Aktif Investment Bank.

Mr. Atikler, is the General Manager of Aktif Asset Management since April 2023.

Ali Kıvanç Manzakoğlu has been working as Executive Vice President of Fund Management at Aktif Portfolio Management as of July 2023.

Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Manzakoğlu graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration, after Kabataş High School.

He started his career at Istanbul Holding in 1999 and worked as the manager for fund/portfolio management of institutions such as Allianz, Eureko Insurance, DASK and AEGON. Most recently, he worked as the Fund Management Director at Viennalife.

He speaks English and holds Capital Market Activities Level-3 licenses.

Sinan Soyalp serves as Fund Management Director at Aktif Asset Management.

Born in 1984 in Istanbul, Mr. Soyalp obtained his diploma in science field from Istanbul Robert College, his bachelor's degree from Department of Mathematics, Earlham College, and his postgraduate diploma from Department of Quantitative Finance, Istanbul Bilgi University. He holds Capital Market Activities Level III License and Derivative Instruments License.

He started his professional life at various positions as an intern at Ata Yatirim Ortakligi, Economic Research Department of ING Bank and Strategic Planning Department of Sabanci Holding, respectively. Subsequently, he maintained his professional life as fund manager at SRT Capital.

After starting to serve as analyst at Alkhair Portfoy in 2011, he was promoted to the position of portfolio manager in 2015 and maintained his position, under which he was in charge of Islamic mutual funds, until the mid-2016.

Burcu Atar Sönmez has 15 years of finance experience in Turkish Capital Markets. Previously she served as Fund Manager at Alkhair Portföy since 2015. Before Alkhair Portföy, she served as Treasury&Finance Manager at Alkhair Capital where she was also responsible for treasury transactions, budget process and development of financials based on IFRS. She was also taking part in the Company's valuation process. She started her career at Inter Yatırım (INY) in 2005. Before joining the finance team, She contributed to Research and Risk Department of INY.

She has MA in Financial Markets and Investment Management from Marmara University with thesis of Valuation and pricing methods for companies listed at ISE and BSc in Business Administration from Uludağ University. She is CPA and the CFA Candidate.

Mehmet Alp Ertekin currently works a Director in the fund management team of Aktif Asset Management.

Born in 1989, Mr. Ertekin graduated from Bursa Anatolian High School, and obtained its BS degree in Economics at Bogazici University. He is fluent in English and holds the Capital Markets Board Level 3 and Derivate Instrument license.

He started his professional career as a part-time analyst in research department at Erste Securities Istanbul. He continued as a full time analyst in corporate finance service having an advisory role in M&As at EY (formerly known as Ernst & Young). After he worked as a sell-side analyst serving both domestic and international corporate clients with investment reports and recommendations, he moved to a buy-side analyst role conducting analysis with the major focus on equities and market strategies in Research & Strategy department at Garanti Asset Management. Thereafter, he worked as a Senior Fund Manager responsible for various multi-asset funds managed with different performance & risk criteria at Absolute Return Products desk of the same company, until joining Aktif Asset Management.
