Second Real Estate Investment (TL) Fund (MPG)
Fund may invest in any type of real estates approved by the Board in order to provide interest-free capital appreciation and income. The real estates can be bought, sold or rented by the fund.
The fund invests in real estates with a minimum 80% of the total portfolio . The total share of assets occupying more than 20% of the portfolio may not exceed 60% of the total amount. The fund can invest in sukuks, participation accounts and other interest-free capital markets instruments with the remaining 20% of the portfolio.
The Fund can be only sold to QIs.
