Buket Venture Capital Investment Fund (MBB)
The closed Fund makes capital investment to corporates with high potential of growth, by being partner or providing capital appreciation in order to benefiting from their value-increase and income.
Minimum 80% of the fund consists of private equity investments. The fund can invest in sukuks, participation accounts and other interest-free capital markets instruments with the remaining 20% of the portfolio.
Energy, Food, Health, Technology, IT, Transportation of Services, Production and Retail are targeted sectors.
The Fund can be only sold to QIs.
